With the launch of new Transitions VI lenses we are now providing a Satisfied or Exchange guarantee to your patients from 1st September until 31st December 2008.

If your patient isn’t satisfied with the new advanced performance for health sight of Transitions VI lenses, they have 30 days from collection to arrange a replacement pair of clear lenses from Essilor or Nikon in the same prescription, index, design, coating and frame.

Due to the success of the Satisfied or Exchange promotion from last year, Essilor had taken the initiative to credit Eye Care Professionals with the cost of the Transitions pair if your patient is not happy with the performance of Transitions. This mean practices will be charged for the replacement clear lenses and will received the credit for the original Essilor Nikon Transitions lenses when the pair has returned to Essilor.
