Essilor founded the Varilux University in Paris in 1997, the university runs a three day course for eye-care professionals. The three day course offers advanced training for Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians, with invaluable information that will assets delegates throughout their career. Lorraine Helson, the recipient of the inaugural ADONZ Varilux University Scholarship, recently returned from her course and here is an account of an opportunity she won't forget.
